ACCOMODATIONS AND STUDENT LIFE
You will live as the modern pioneers of Israel lived--in
a caravan/trailer on the Land. We believe that this
way of living holds the beauty of simplicity that we
hope you will come to appreciate during your stay at
B'erot Bat Ayin. Rugged physical conditions engender
the development of "bitachon" (trust in G-d).
The Torah calls our matriarchs "Women of the Tent."
Compared to the conditions our foremothers endured,
the caravans of Midreshet B'erot Bat Ayin are rather
luxurious!
Each 'half-caravan' has two living
rooms and a bathroom and usually 'homes' one or two
girls, so each girl has a lot of privacy and personal
space. If there is a large Shabbaton, then girls are
asked to receive two or three guests.
The caravans open out onto the garden
of B'erot and it is a very uplifting each time you open
the door and feel that such beauty and breathtaking
surroundings are part of your home.
